Kevin has been recognized as an accomplished legal recruiter, achieving membership in the Executive Club, All Star Club, Superstar Club and the Elite Club of a national executive recruiting firm.

  • Stockholder return of thirty times by repositioning failed consumer electronics manufacturing start up (200 employees) to achieve $10 million revenue and 15% pre tax profit in two years.   • Execution of strategy for successful merger of a Massachusetts college (900 students, 100 faculty) with a compatible partner institution and completion of the conversion of assets into a $25 million educational grant making foundation.
  • Initiation and guidance of acquisition of $30 million revenue, $3 million EBITDA, #1 U.S. branded sports equipment importer/distributor. Market: Dick’s, Galyan’s, Modell’s and other national retailers. Competition: Nike, Adidas, Reebok and New Balance.
  • Identification and leadership in acquisition of first transaction in Europe for Gordon Brothers Retail Partners LLC ( when they expanded their market leading, multi-billion dollar U.S. operations. Co-author of four country, strategic and tactical business plan.
  • Conceptualization and launch of business delivering the highest quality Florida citrus juice to Europe’s largest Wal-Mart scale retailers including Carrefour, Tesco, and Costco. Within two years attained # 2 share to Tropicana in England.
  • Strategic consultancy to owners of branded, retail home and garden products importer/distributor selling to Home Depot, Lowe’s and majors during revenue increase from $8 million to $50 million, increasing profits of $500,000 to $2.5 million in three years.
  • Development consultancy to national franchisor of 350 retail business brokerage offices, achieving an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 18 months.
  • Project consultancy to enterprise, IBM software company, during highly profitable revenue growth from $7 million to $100 million.
